Any business or citizen of Arizona is like a client. And everyone will tell you they care about clients. But what do they really do to understand their customer? What are the tools we’ll use to understand Arizona as a brand? One is the persona: the development of an understanding of the client (or customer, if you prefer).
One key question in Arizona’s economic development is this: what kinds of companies fit in here and why? The answer to this question could work powerfully into an ad campaign to the rest of the world, bringing in the kinds of businesses that would thrive here, making Arizona an even stronger version of itself.
